Where Life Turns Into Purpose
Building a better future through compassion
Alireza Assobar’s story begins far from Bavaria — in Abadan, Iran. Growing up amid the turmoil of the Gulf War, he learned early what resilience, hope, and community mean. His journey led him from the classrooms of Memmingen to Siemens in New York, to studies in Worms, Marburg, and Damascus — collecting experiences across cultures, languages, and continents.
Guided by a passion for people and purpose, Alireza built bridges between business and humanity — from his time as a Deloitte Happiness Manager to founding “Play4Change.” Today, he channels his love for football, music, and inclusion into creating moments that unite generations and inspire a kinder world.
